“James is the absolute best! I am severely technically challenged and he made what would have been a nightmare for me as smooth as silk. And with the Internet not working and my old phone not taking a charge, and the transfer from one phone to the next not cooperating, I am telling you James is like a warrior with this technical stuff! I appreciated him so much and he was so patient with me and I seem to be there 3 days in a row. Not only did he help me but he taught me how to maneuver my device as well. I may still be a little stumped but I have faith in knowing if I can't figure it out I can always go back and he will help. Thank you so much James !!!
