“Had to exchange some Co² canisters for my Sodastream. I had been using the Ace Granada Blvd (SR 40) for years, but I wanted to experience the new Ace North Ormond on US1, and boy, was I amazed. As soon as I entered, I was greeted with a smile and how can we help you by a young man at the registered. It's been a while since I was greeted with such enthusiasm. I explained about my exchanges, figuring he would point where I needed to go get them. Instead, before I could say any more, he had them in his hands and on the counter for me. I was sincerely grateful for how I was treated. I have been doing business with both the South Ormond store and Madden's Ace. I guess you get used to the every day walk in, not greeted with a smile, and have to chase someone down to help. This again was a game changer for me, and I have found a new Ace hardware. IT'S GREAT TO SEE PEOPLE TODAY WITH SUCH STATUE ABOUT HELPING OTHERS. He's a keeper.”

“Came by here on a whim looking to find stuff to spruce up a mobile home I just bought, and couldn't have been happier with my decision. Even though I came in just a couple minutes before they were supposed to be closing, one of the guys working took the time to walk me through the whole store explaining what all they had, what it was used for if I didn't know, pricing, etc ... On top of that, the guy was a walking encyclopedia of knowledge about mobile homes and how to fix them. If you have a mobile home or rv, I cannot recommend this place enough. Their prices are probably the lowest I've found, and it's stuff actually made for mobile homes, so you know it's actually going to fit right and look like it belongs. I wish I remembered the guys name that helped me, but that man needs a raise. 10/10.”

“I needed a six panel door to make into a barn door for my bathroom. It needed to be a six panel door. Prices online or anywhere from three to $600. I went to all pro door trim because I bought my baseboards there too and they got me the door for $140. It is the best place to go for baseboards door, trim doors all those items.”

“I am a homeowner in Palm Coast, and I needed a Pro Flo toilet seat. I researched online and found that the nearest dealer was Ferguson. What a pleasant shopping experience. “Giving ONE PITIFUL STAR to the billing department. My large family run business has given them thousands and thousands of dollars in monthly business for quite some time now. I was told today that my orders would not be filled if we didn't pay two small invoices they failed to notify us were unpaid from August and October. Its DECEMBER! We have NEVER paid late or not paid. We were going to include these invoices on our next check out to them but that wasn't good enough...they needed a credit card over the phone that very minute in order to fill our supply request. Just sad.ON THE BRIGHT SIDE, the delivery guys are fantastic. Always friendly on the phone also. We even get calls asking what we need for they day.”

“Hard to justify 4 stars for this business. Mostly, service is poor, especially when needing assistance with sheetrock or any other heavy or cumbersome item. Today was an exception though. I purchased 40 bags of mulch (2 trips in my SUV of 20 bags each) and both times the loader personnel were outstanding! Chris was upbeat, helpful, and was adamant about providing his assistance, even in the rain. He went above and beyond. On my second trip, I was helped by a young man (TJ?,) of some 25 years who admitted to be in his 6th month of HD employment. He was delightful, helpful, and we both got soaked from the wind and rain. Both employees are a tribute to a good work ethic which is so rare in this store. Management needs to get your teams to understand customer service! Andy in Ormond”

“I have used this company for all of the fixtures in my last home. The builder referee me to another location but I researched what I wanted ant this was the best location for the many items for my home. The representative that I worked with was always helpful and was very patient with my wife and I. The showroom is in the front, parts department in the back and the warehouse to the side. I have returned for replacement parts over the years and they always had them within a month. My only complaints have been they do not keep track of what I ordered in the past and so I have to. I also think that a month or more to get a part sent in is crazy.”
