“The paint guy helped me make a good match to a very glossy tile that the paint matcher system may not have been able to do on its own because of the tile sheen. He took the time to help me find the best Swatch to match instead of the tile itself. I try to go to this Ace Hardware whenever I can as opposed to Home Depot or Lowe's.”

“Came by here on a whim looking to find stuff to spruce up a mobile home I just bought, and couldn't have been happier with my decision. Even though I came in just a couple minutes before they were supposed to be closing, one of the guys working took the time to walk me through the whole store explaining what all they had, what it was used for if I didn't know, pricing, etc ... On top of that, the guy was a walking encyclopedia of knowledge about mobile homes and how to fix them. If you have a mobile home or rv, I cannot recommend this place enough. Their prices are probably the lowest I've found, and it's stuff actually made for mobile homes, so you know it's actually going to fit right and look like it belongs. I wish I remembered the guys name that helped me, but that man needs a raise. 10/10.”

The Ferguson crew assured me on the phone not to worry, cause they had the parts needed. Plus they even waited a few minutes past closing due to traffic. “Giving ONE PITIFUL STAR to the billing department. My large family run business has given them thousands and thousands of dollars in monthly business for quite some time now. I was told today that my orders would not be filled if we didn't pay two small invoices they failed to notify us were unpaid from August and October. Its DECEMBER! We have NEVER paid late or not paid. We were going to include these invoices on our next check out to them but that wasn't good enough...they needed a credit card over the phone that very minute in order to fill our supply request. Just sad.ON THE BRIGHT SIDE, the delivery guys are fantastic. Always friendly on the phone also. We even get calls asking what we need for they day.”

“I came in for a special item, so special that many stores don't have them on hand, and if they do, they only have a few.
I think I was helped more this time than I've ever been helped at any HomeDepot. Her name is Toni and she works the front .. either a register or a manager there. She initiated the help in her own, and when the product wasn't locked in front where it was supposed to be, she went looking at the several places throughout the store where it could be.
She didn't peek, she searched .. over 30 minutes trying to find one of the 6 that were supposed to be there.
When she gave up the search, she decided to contact another close store.
Good thing we both had patience, because they left her on hold for a good while. She hung up and called back, talked to a manager, and got left on hold AGAIN .. I'm talking about 15+ minutes just to see if they had a product .. could've taken less than 5 minutes.
They had one, and saved it aside for me, so it's a good story ending, but the hour trying to find it, was a bit much .. I'm so glad it was Toni who helped me, because she went above and beyond!”
