“The paint guy helped me make a good match to a very glossy tile that the paint matcher system may not have been able to do on its own because of the tile sheen. He took the time to help me find the best Swatch to match instead of the tile itself. I try to go to this Ace Hardware whenever I can as opposed to Home Depot or Lowe's.”

The Ferguson crew assured me on the phone not to worry, cause they had the parts needed. Plus they even waited a few minutes past closing due to traffic. Would highly recommend Ferguson for the exceptional service!”
“Giving ONE PITIFUL STAR to the billing department. My large family run business has given them thousands and thousands of dollars in monthly business for quite some time now. I was told today that my orders would not be filled if we didn't pay two small invoices they failed to notify us were unpaid from August and October. Its DECEMBER! We have NEVER paid late or not paid. We were going to include these invoices on our next check out to them but that wasn't good enough...they needed a credit card over the phone that very minute in order to fill our supply request. Just sad.ON THE BRIGHT SIDE, the delivery guys are fantastic. Always friendly on the phone also. We even get calls asking what we need for they day.”
