“I have a small company under a different name of which I have done and continue to do business with DH Sewing Machines.I began talking with Danny at DH several months ago about purchasing a commercial machine more capable of higher quality and higher volume than my other machines. Not only was he polite and professional, Danny is very knowledgeable.I purchased a Consew 2206rb-7-14dd, with a table and several accessories. The price was the best available anywhere. And even better is the exceptional customer service. Any commercial sewing machine if used often, especially sewing heavy assemblies, is going to require service; such as timing, needle height adjustments and etc. Every time I have had a question or need help DH Sewing Machines has always been there for me.In the next few months, I hope to be buying a long arm 3 or 4 step zig-zag machine. There will be only one place that I will go. DH Sewing Machines.”

“This is almost one of those "this is too good to be true" moments. I didn't even have to step in the store. I told him what I wanted. Was approved quick he ordered it and I picked it up from the best buy 3 blocks from my place an hour later. It was there ready just showed my id. I cant believe how unbelievably easy that was.. I dont think ever in my life has something went that smooth lol. Anyway I dont know what the store is like I've never even seen it, but I can tell you the customer service is phenomenal!! He even texted me back later to see how everything went and if I was happy. Outstanding. I would go there again or should I say do this again. and definitely will refer friends”

“I have to laugh when I see some of these low ratings. I have been dealing with Albers since I bought my house in Hollywood. It has been 50 years! They have always been efficient and reliable. Yes. In recent years they have been getting a little gruff. I am in sales myself and they probably get fed up with people, but I trust them and I know them and I would rather deal with honesty than with a strange salesperson at a franchise store who is artificially nice.”

“I had a great experience here today. I am a contractor who uses the pro services of Home Depot often. I am in and out of most South Florida stores multiple times a day throughout the week. I came in today to find the product I needed unstocked but available up above in the overstock area. I asked for help from an associate, Bri. She called for help, and when no help came, she took it on herself to come get the product and then restock the section. I k ow this seems mundane, but if you're in and out of busy stores like me every day, you know that often this experience can take a very long time. Time is money, customer service comes in all forms and this associate during her job in exemplary fashion turned my mood from annoyed to happy enough that I wanted to tell her manager, write this review and do a survey. Simple acts, but to me, it changed my mood for the day.”

The plants, flowers and succulents are neatly arranged and displayed in a way that is easy to learn what the each particular plant needs such as amount of sunlight and water. I also appreciate the variety of pots and gardening equipment that are available to choose from based on the needs of the gardener. The staff at the garden section are friendly and speak many languages so it’s very easy for anyone to find someone that speaks your language.”
