I don't know why there are so many bad reviews at this place. I've been in here several times and have always had a good experience. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend ask help from Santiago. He goes the extra mile for his clients and does what he can to help. Definitely recommend this bank of america branch.

Expect to wait 45 mins for a simple transaction, 1 or 2 tellers 25 customers and 5 managers standing around doing nothing.

I have been a customer of this branch for more than 15 years and I can say this is a good one, good customer services, Josue is amazing and very attentive and the rest of the staff too, Im always pleased with this bank, don’t understand the bad reviews

I come to get a copy of my id notarizedThey tell me they can not do this because it will hold the bank liable . Lol why offer this service if they do not want to be liable

Yep I see why the reviews reflect their services. I was going to open a business account here, but they couldn’t even help me with the other the other south stuff I needed help I needed help with. The teller nor the manager we’re not even efficient and had me waiting 20 minutes just to tell me something that could’ve told me in two seconds so I decided definitely not gonna open a business account there where they don’t know what they’re doing.

Terrible, Terrible Terrible bank. Every time I go to take out money it's a hassle. I did a bank to bank transfer, it shows clear on my account yet I'm told it's still processing. Going to leave this sorry excuse of a bank.

Never enough tellers. There should be a minimum of 2 tellers (not including drive thru) at all times and ideally a separate line (third teller) for business deposits and other lengthy transactions. The understaffing issue is not exclusive to this location and has existed long before the pandemic and subsequent worker shortage. Bottom line - Bank of America needs to employ more tellers. The current system is inadequate turning what should be a convenient/quick transaction into an arduous chore.I awarded 2 stars because the barebones staff they do have are always pleasant and do their best given the circumstances.

I have 3 credit cards account with high credit limit, i have a savings account, personal account and recently opened a business account. Today i came in this location to ask about direct deposit from business to personal and few other questions. The guy who initially helped me was nice but he needed to call a lady over to talk to me about payroll etc.. she didnt even invited me to have a sit and talk, she said ill take your number and someone will call you later what was the worst is that while they have my debit card and id and my profile open on the computer she asked me if im even a citizen!!! Again i didn't apply for anything all i wanted to ask is how to avoid the fees and how to direct deposit from business to personal. I am the last person to use the racism card but today i really felt not of her color standard. She did not want my business at all. Ill probably leave my personal account with BOFA but i am transferring my small business account to a bank that will care to explain and meet my needs.

Aside from the fact that Bank of America is a failing business this branch is terrible to come to at anytime of the day, they refuse to have more than 1-2 tellers at anytime, for the most part they try to push having only 1 employee working the window. They refuse to open up the drive-thru in order to ease traffic inside and half the time their systems are down. Open your accounts at Wells Fargo or td, at least they are willing to work for their customers.
