Horrible customer service !!!never visit this branch again , I am a bank of america customer for more than 20 years and never feel so lack of help in a branch !!!!! I see this location for sure needs a new manager lack of leadership !!!!

Horribly unorganized people that do not care about their clients. I have been waiting for over an hour to see an associate about a very serious matter, after already having an ongoing case with corporate regarding lack of care and being given misinformation.
