Quick and helpful service. It's located in a well-known, easy to find location on Hollywood Boulevard. The staff was very nice.

By far the most INCOMPETENT bank Office I have ever dealt with. I have been here for 2 hours trying to close a CD. The staff treat customers with complete impunity. This bank is not for Hispanics, even if you have social, they discriminate against you, your debit card will never arrive at home and you also have to ask them to explain to you why they don't give you the debit card, I hope to save you time.
