He was able to then help me get everything I asked for and was able to print statements, order canceled checks and give a print out of the transaction for this month.Mrm Malden is definitely a asset to brightstar credit union and I hope he is able to be compensated for the skills he possess.”

“I needed to take a few minutes to write down my positive experience with the Banker from this branch. SANTIAGO ANGULO, THANK YOU SO MUCH! I appreciate Chase so much more because of the level of customer service I have received today! It started with a call to customer service & ended with my going into this banking center and receiving such an amazing customer experience from Santiago! He's exactly why I have always loved banking at CHASE! I will write a separate review for JESSA in customer service/collections Department. I believe she was a part of the outsourced customer support team. Santiago greeted me with such warmth and enthusiasm. I had just left a Chase branch in Pembroke Pines , 710 University Drive. There was such a long line and when I asked one of the reps sitting at a desk behind a partition, to the immediate right of the entrance, she didn't even bother to get up. When I inquired about opening an account, she directed me to go online and make an appointment for "sometime in February." She was polite, but I definitely felt like she could have done better & gave me "it's Friday vibe." I get it. Getting back to my experience with Santiago, I had googled the next closest location so it brought me to this semi-staffed branch in Cooper City & I'm so happy I decided to try another branch! After at least an hour, I'm finally on the road home with a huge smile on my face and a goal to be better with my banking. Santiago personalized my experience and made sure I was aware of all that Chase had to offer for my current needs and lifestyle, as well any future goals. I was very impressed at his knowledge and enthusiasm, most importantly, how he went the extra few miles to create the kind of experience that makes a consumer feel valued and respected ! You don't get that when doing everything online so it was a very warm welcome back to Chase, and I'm so happy that Santiago was my Banker to make it all the more special. She explained everything clearly and made us feel genuinely welcomed without rushing us, even though they were about to close. “I was greeted promptly upon walking in by Bryan Jacobs, and also when I left. He was efficient and pleasantly personable-- checked me in and told me that Diana, their staff notary would be able to assist me after finishing up with another client. Bank of America, please make sure your banks are properly staffed! This is the 3rd bank I visited looking to get a form notarized. I called a bunch of times after my bad luck with the first one I went to, and none of your locations ever picked up the phone, even after multiple attempts. What's the point of having a line to call if no one picks up. First one I went to was at lunch. Second was RUDE and their notary wasn't working at all that day. Third was great and all staff was helpful and sensitive to clients' time. Good thing the third times the charm or I would've been a very unhappy client. A ten-to-twenty-minute-errand ended up taking an hour. Boo. But this review is for this location, so great job!”

“At first I was a little upset with my appointment because I was with my son waiting to open a teen account and was not greeted by anyone. Then a few more people arrived (maybe 30 -40mins after me) and a bank employee finally came out greeting all of the new arrivals before my son and I. Nevertheless I was upset but determined to get my son's account opened so I waited and was told that my advisor would be with me shortly. Each of the customers who arrived after me were seen and had left before I even was seen. Again angrily I waited when the other advisor (not scheduled to see me) asked if she could help. She not only opened my son's teen account but she made us both feel like thee most important customers ever. This made what was an angry experience a truly amazing one. That branch needs to commend Katherine Serrano. She is truly one of the good people on this earth. I really appreciate her for making this initial message of anger and disappointment into one of perseverance and patience. We should've never been put in this uncomfortable situation but Katherine helped ease the tension”
