I had a great experience at City Bikes Pembroke Pines. Even though my Trek bike wasn’t working the way it should, the team treated me with real professionalism and patience. They took the time to walk me through what was going on, offered clear options, and never made me feel rushed or brushed off.

What stood out most was their attitude — friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping. You can tell they care about getting riders back on the road safely and confidently.

I left feeling taken care of, and that kind of service matters more than anything. I’ll definitely be back.”

“I've been going to this shop since they were located on Tyler Street, they've always came in clutch during the many many occasions my e-bike has broke down these past few years as I've amassed thousands of miles (no exaggeration) of use as a bike food courier, so this review is probably long overdo. It was my latest visit however that precipitated the immediate writing of this review. I went in on 4/22/26 for a mere front brake bleed, was written a ticket then awaited confirmation of work completion which arrived today on 4/23/26. Completely unexpectedly however my receipt contained services provided that I *did not* authorize. At first I was forlorn and assumed the worst because while ultimately those services were useful, they were performed completely without my clearance. I was even mentally prepared to pay for these additional services but just didn't appreciate being blindsided. It wasn't until I arrived for pickup and voiced my confusion that without any hassle or conflict, it was explained that there was a mere internal miscommunication, and I was then only charged for the service I requested. That honesty goes very much appreciated! So all in all this is a very reputable shop with an extreme breadth of bike services provided (some that other shops weren't able to), and I anticipate attending this shop primarily for as long as I continue to ride in South Florida.”

“Excellent service! I brought in a brand-new BMX that arrived in a box, and the team assembled everything perfectly. They took their time to make sure every detail was dialed in — brakes aligned, wheels straight, chain tension set, and the bike ready to ride. You can tell they really know what they’re doing and take pride in their work. Professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. If you need a bike built or serviced, I highly recommend this shop!”

“I walked in and Joellen was so sweet and helpful and sold me a bike - and crystal was great at making a keys (did that too) and her son was adorable too … and Kevin helped me out (going out of his way to accommodate and has been working there for half a century ) and is the best bike repair guy in South Florida- don’t miss this relic of a store (80 years old) with great prices, selection and that schwinn clock that is worth just the visit !”
