“I have been a customer with State Farm insurance for 31 years. And during these years I have had three (3) State Farm agencies to serve me for my auto insurance responsibility. While none are 100%, but my rating of 4 stars is a very good rating (Prestigious). Because no persons or companies are just perfect. The most latest and excellent experiences at Barry Stanley Ins Agcy Inc. Comes from MAGALI! Magali Flores, she shows concern, expresses compassion and care working in her position at the office of Barry Stanley state farm.
I recognize her for taking the time to assist me on occasions with my insurance policy, and getting a call back from her as promised to finish the job... after she had taken time to look over my coverage. With all that being said for one employee, I too, have gotten exceptional customer care from ELIANE! Eliane Massola, a veteran employee for Barry Stanley in every way. She's ever ready to assist customers with all there insurance needs, she's friendly, nice, and knowledgeable. And too, YULEISI! Yuleisi Estepe has been instrumental in making new changes for my auto insurance coverage. Clear and concise! She printed me out temporarily ID cards and a policy in the office and made sure that my payment was applied properly. And, I also appreciate the voice working behind the scean answering incoming phone calls. ? She comes across very pleasant and a happy sounding person. So, there you have years of experience working at state farm in Pembroke Pines FL.
