Even after so many years, Im always impressed with the attention to detail and high level customer service provided. I had to drive up several hours to purchase a specific vehicle I was looking at. I had called the office and had the absolute privilege of speaking with Mirta. She guided me through the entire process and explained the breakdown of each of the options so I would understand fully. “I've been a customer here for multiple years (home & auto) and love working with a stable national carrier and not to mention the premiums are super reasonable! Recently there was a form I needed to fill out which I neglected to do so being a busy mom with a full time job. Maurine from the office called me to remind me about the online form so that I wouldn't get a rate increase. That's great customer service, she was so kind and helpful. Vincent and myself Leslie visit the State Farm office on this day and gladly to say that it was a successful visit. The agent greeted us with a happy pleasant greet and was very professional. The agent was able to help both of us with our concerns and issues with no hesitation, thot’s a plus.
When walking in the office not knowing what’s going to happen, but to walk out that same office to happy and very thankful of the out come .
