With all that being said for one employee, I too, have gotten exceptional customer care from ELIANE! Eliane Massola, a veteran employee for Barry Stanley in every way. She's ever ready to assist customers with all there insurance needs, she's friendly, nice, and knowledgeable. And too, YULEISI! Yuleisi Estepe has been instrumental in making new changes for my auto insurance coverage. Clear and concise! She printed me out temporarily ID cards and a policy in the office and made sure that my payment was applied properly. And, I also appreciate the voice working behind the scean answering incoming phone calls. ? She comes across very pleasant and a happy sounding person. So, there you have years of experience working at state farm in Pembroke Pines FL.
