Even after so many years, Im always impressed with the attention to detail and high level customer service provided. I had to drive up several hours to purchase a specific vehicle I was looking at. I had called the office and had the absolute privilege of speaking with Mirta. She guided me through the entire process and explained the breakdown of each of the options so I would understand fully. I ended up taking a little bit longer at the dealership and she even waited for me to finish before she left the office, making sure everything was setup and taken care of with the policy.
