“I would give more stars if I could!! As a metalsmith myself, Al is very helpful, professional, and reasonable. They use the best equipment and materials for soldering. I nor any other jeweler I spoke to could solder my Victorian-era glasses because the (steel I believe) metal was eroded and brittle so it needed a very small lazer and have enough ductility to mend the pieces. Spectacular job!Also, piercing infections have NOTHING. To do with the size of the jewelry, it's keeping the area clean and sanitized to heal. Good luck!??”
“What an amazing place. After losing (& finding) one of my diamond studs TWICE I called to ask about a new earring backing. The girl who answered said to come right over, she had backs but a better idea for me. They recommended a screw-back backing to help me from losing them. It was a great idea but the stems were a bit thicker than I was used to and hurt my ears a bit. I brought them back, they said no problem, they would try a smaller piercing. Expecting a few days of work I gave them back expecting to pick up 4-6 days later. Got a text after 4 hours saying they were ready to be picked up! They are perfect now, they even offered to clean them for me whenever I need it done. Great business, great customer service, great people all the way around. I will go no where else now. I trust this business with all of my jewelry now.”

“A little bit late on my review, but MAGIC JEWELERS!!!! Best around. I created this choker idea with the really sweet blonde woman. Have gotten so many compliments and it’s very sentimental to me. The Star of David is removable and we decided not to cut the chain in case I want to make it longer. I wish I remembered her name, she was so creative and helpful! I LOVE IT. Literally at least 15 compliments a day. Sterling silver. LOVE!! Feel like such a badass in it.”

“I don't know what the bad reviews are about. Have they been rude to me? Eh but not really, I mean it's a pawn shop not a nail salon. They have been great to do business with. They have always worked with me and they try to help out the best they can. I have been in and out of the place for years and they always help me out. I don't even live on the same side of town but I continue to go to them because no other pawn shop has given me the amount of extensions or even a good value for my items the way they have. They're a good place to go if you're in a pinch that's for sure.”
