Very very bad experience T-Mobile Metro PCS sent me a defective pre-owned router and charge me and now there's no way to return it but yet they will not refund my money and continue to charge me $110 a month for services that I never received very disappointed and furthermore the store that I've been using for the past 10 years sold me a tablet that is defective and can't even bring up a clear picture be careful of MetroPCS stores in Hollywood on oakwood plaza those people just want to take your money bad business

Elaine was very helpful while also being friendly and professional. I updated my pin but my phone was giving me problems; I explained to Elaine and she played with it and now everything works wonderfully. I would go back to this location because of Elaine.

During my absolutely crazy journey on getting my iPhone 16 plus Ms Elaine made sure that this was my last stop and she made sure that I wasn’t leaving without my new phone. I spent days going from store to store mainly because no one was answering their store phone. Every store I went to was not helpful and didn’t even give an effort to try and be helpful. When I came to oakwood store Ms Elaine told me that they didn’t have the phone available but what made her stand out from every other store was that she didn’t stop there! She took the extra mile and to call around and see if she was able to request that particular phone to her store. I hear to say Ms Elaine deserves a HUGE RAISE for her help and customer service. I am highly grateful that I decided to stop at her store and she made it my last stop thank you so much and wish you the absolute best‼️🙏🏾🙏🏾

Emily helped me replace a screen protector for my phone and even though my phone was filthy (I have a job in construction) she was more than eager to assist me in cleaning the surface in order to place the screen protector PERFECTLY. She took her time placing it, listened to my concerns, and was very respectful…which is rare in this industry.
Emily is the epitome of how customer service professionals should carry themselves and I have been going to T Mobile for over 15 years.

I am so fortunate that I came to this location. Elaine was so absolutely helpful and patient with me as I have trouble with technology. She was so nice and knew what she doing. I thank her again here.

Check the receipt always!! Unprofessional, I went to change the line from a phone to another phone and they charge me 40$ just for the service and also change me line to another plan without my consent.

Went to store , my phone was not working. I was basically rushed out of store & not to mention I was skipped and looked over twice in store. I got the feeling that it was a racist store because every customer was greeted except me and I was looked over and skipped twice before I spoke up before being skipped a third time. I was not handled correctly at all. I first went to the first agent rep and she was overly rude. I tried telling her my problem and she just kept talking over me until i had to say your not listening to me. Then I asked other rep to just help me cause she was not trying to help me. So other rep then helped me and called metro customer service but unfortunately I am now having to wait an additional 72hours to get my phone problem fixed all because no notes were made on my account. Very displeased with service in general.
