“I booked the tow truck the night before. John, who took my call was kind enough to schedule a timely pickup and the price was very fair. I had called other towing companies whose prices were insane. That said, Charlie, the tow truck driver came earlier than the time he was supposed to be here. A very nice gentleman, who was pleasant and very kind. He got the car hooked up and we rode off as I had to get the car back after it got fixed. The trip to the shop was pleasant as both of us had a very nice conversation on the way. Got to the shop, Charlie put my car exactly where the shop asked him to and that was that. I will definitely be calling this company again in the future if need be. A very nice experience.
