So far, so good. Clean, vallet parking. Be aware: the building is full with dogs. Almost every apartment has one or more dogs. Sometimes, you can hear barking several hours along.

I live in the Wave for 5 year, the location is prime and maintains of the common areas is impeccable. High standards are great if you want great return in your investment.

This place is beautiful! The view are amazing!! Such a great n relaxing pool area and the access to the beach is even better!
