“10/10 experience would go again. First when you walk in the resort you are amazed by the space and all the decorations, you can tell they put time and money into the hotel to make sure it is comfortable for us and for the whole trip. The service was amazing we had a server named Jhair and if I’m being honest he was the best server we had there. My family is mostly Spanish speakers and even though we speak English too he tried his best to talk in our language so we were comfortable to speak. The location is beautiful from the amount of things you can do to the pools and down to the beach and the all a 10/10 sight to see. The food was amazing just the whole trip was an amazing and worth every single penny.”

“Diane Oceanfront is a hidden gem. Perfect location, everything you could want and need is in walking distance. Close enough to the action without it being a disturbance. Attention to details and property is well taken care of. I will definitely be coming ”

“My flight got canceled and I was in a pinch for a cheap place to stay that wasn’t going to have me end up in a sketchy location or get me infested with bed bugs. I got a room with my buddy for the cheapest price around town(checking well over 20 different hotels/motels) and this place exceeded all my expectations. The room was very well kept, maybe a little outdated but still met every need I could have imagined. It was a little hot in the room when we got there because the AC was off but it really only took 10-15 minutes to have the room at perfect temperature. The beds look clean and the outlets and water work well. The owner was super fun and friendly and I would recommend this motel to anyone in need of a place to stay!Rooms: Rooms aren’t crazy big(as you would expect from a motel) but they have nice storage for clothes, a fridge and freeze, microwave, desk, and closet. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom looks really clean!!Food & drinks: There are a few cool markets down the street that sell all sorts of national food. It gave us some entertainment just walking around them and the food looked really good.”

“Everything about this place is great. Location, price and amenities wise. The only issue we had was on check out day. Check out is at 11am not 9:30. The housekeepers were knocking on our door at 9:30 and we politely told them that we would be out by 11 to catch our 2pm flight. They were back again at 10:15 knocking again. This is unacceptable when you pay the price to stay somewhere that you should not have to deal with these interruptions.”

“Our stay here was great! We had a small problem, the room key wouldn't work. The manager quickly looked after us and gave us another room. Once in the new room we discovered we left some stuff in our previous room. The manager once again helped us out and personally got access and made it right for us. Thank you so much! You went beyond for us and it was appreciated!”

“This was exactly what I needed for a getaway weekend! Nicole & Kobie and others provided excellent service, from the time I booked my reservation to the time I checked out. They checked in with me during my stay to ensure I had everything I needed as well as if I had any recommendations for them. My room was clean, neat, and just perfect. I was walking distance to the beach & boardwalk. Dining was close by so much, so I didn't even drive my car from the moment I got there until I had to leave. I will definitely be back. It's located on the quieter side of the beach & boardwalk, but it's absolutely worth it. They have a beautiful courtyard with tables & chsirs, lounge chairs & a grill. It was perfect for when I wasn't on the beach. I will definitely go back.”

“The rooms are good and the service diligent, the only drawback is that when leaving the hotel on Friday the 22nd in the afternoon at 3 in the afternoon with a reservation until Saturday, it was decided to return earlier and after 40 minutes of travel to Orlando I realized that He left 2 sunglasses on the cabinet under the TV and my daughter called to have them verify it so they could please send them to us. They did not confirm the room name and telephone number to return the call. We have already been exposing this case 5 times, they take the call but they do not solve it and they do not give reason for nothing….in services the small details make the difference and the after-service is one of them, the icing on the cake.Rooms: They are fine”

“Came to this hotel needing a cheap place to stay. The price was right for these nice little villas with a beautiful bathroom and a kitchen. I recommend this if you like independence and no hassle near the beach. But don’t be disappointed when you buy. There is some differed maintenance at the property that needs to be handled. The ac would blow so loud it was hard to sleep but not having it on high made the room way too hot. The outlet on the wall was loose. The fan outside in the patio did not work. Those types of little things you need to accept to get these low prices.”

“Love this condominium, but there is one big minus, there are a lot of children and no place for them to play. Would be good to make a playground for children in condominium, it could help parents and tenants to keep children in one safe place.”

“We enjoyed ourselves and the age mix was good, of course we are on the older side so maybe the younger folk didn't agree but generally fun and sensual couples. We didn't set out o hook up here but sometimes it is just destiny! We hope to return....yes they could use some upgrades but nothing really bad- Love Always, Candi Annie”

“Great place to stay for a retreat from the hustle and bustle. Nice clean rooms and beds. Great little seating nooks in the garden area! Bathrooms were clean, and the drip coffee in the room was very good.Walkability: One street away from the boardwalk on the ocean side!”

“Unique experience regarding checkin. It isn't via a regular lobby, with check-in representatives etc. Most of the experience at the hotel is online; you get a code to open the main door, and another code to open the apartment (no key). Reading this, I was a bit unsure about the quality, but boy, was I surprised! It turned out to be a *really* nice building. There was a person in the lobby who needed our code to allow us in. An elevator ride, and another code to get into the apartment. The apartment itself was fantastic! Fully furnished (including an in-unit washer/dryer). BIG rooms: living, bedroom, bathroom. All fixtures appeared brand new. Furniture was great - pull-out sofa, dining table/chairs. Bed was excellent - king-sized and extremely comfortable. The view from the balcony was awesome; overlooking the park right in front. Valet parking ($30/day) is the only option. So do account for this when you consider. Valet communication is via an app.”

“OK rooms, nothing fancy but still ok. Steps from the beach which is great. They have several buildings so it takes a while to learn your ways. Parking available for a fee. Neighborhood is so-so. Frequent parties with loud music and people getting in the pool at 4am, although security officers are doing their best to keep people asay from it. People at the front desk are kind of ignorant, not really knowing their job (except this guy who calls everyone "papi"). There's a convenient store next to the office and it is fairly expensive ($7 for 2 bottles of water). I would probably come back as the locationnis great and the boardwalk is amazing with lots of restaurants, shops and other entertainment options”

This is important to me, because I work in medicine, but it should be important to everyone!, & I also own & run my own Airbnb's. So I constantly look with a scrutinizing eye!Location, location !Steps away from the beach & the boardwalk. City keeps the beach extremely clean also. Lots of amenities along the boardwalk.Walking distance to the water taxi!Room with a kitchenette? Awesome! I bought fresh fish / seafood for every day to cook in my own room, made my own fresh salads to take to the beach, although there are lots of great restaurants walkable in the area.Strong police presence at the beach, which made me feel safe!* bring your own beach towel, or you will wish you had ( $20 deposit for a scrawny one) which reveals why they need to do this" complimentary parking" was advertised, misleading, as it is - $20 / day, thru them, other unaccomodating options available.Free breakfast, appreciated, although the minimum, but appreciated.Check in instructions were not included. I was not the only one left Questioning the instructions on how to do this. There is an office located two buildings over.Although your staff might be very good at what they do, a smile and a friendly, cheerful attitude does go a long way. Staff seem like they were very unhappy.( you really could ise more staff for the check out process with the # of occupancy)I really enjoyed this place! The prices were extremely reasonable, and then I was told upon arrival I could've even had a better rate booking directly through them. I am definitely keeping them in my contacts for my next visit!Ownership is doing a great job hereYou are a good role model for this business”

“Good place for long stay on the beach with kitchen and heated pool. Hotel has 24 small buildings. Some old, some renovated. We stayed in Neptune in deluxe studio. Originally we bought Oasis but it was very noisy and far from beach. I would subject to book Neptune or book any building then come and walk around properly. Service desk was very helpful to meet our needs and relocate us to better choice. If cause with additional changes but it worth every penny. Try to book room when deal goes to 130$ or less and you will not be disappointed. Of cause this place is old but if you pay less, you happy with what this place provided.Nearby activities: Beach ⛱️ right at your door. Pool heater. Hollywood walk at your door also. Great vacation”

“The place is good, but it was under renovation when I visited it. It looks shady when you see it from outside, but the rooms are as good as a 5-star hotel has. Parking here is costly, but a safer option to opt rather than parking in metered public parking places.”
