I made an appointment to get a checking account, the person who received me is called Eddie Bettega, NMLS ID: 1745596, since I arrived he was super rude and asked me for excessive documentation to open the account, I even had to bring my American passport even so He told me that it doesn't matter if I was an American citizen, because I was born in Cuba he couldn't open the account for me. He didn't even give me any further explanation, he was extremely rude, racist and I felt like a second class citizen. In the waiting room there were people complaining about them. hice una cita para hacerme una cuenta de checking, la persona que me recibió se llama Eddie Bettega, NMLS ID: 1745596, desde que llegué fue súper grosero y me pidió documentación excesiva para abrirme la cuenta, tuve que llevar hasta mi pasaporte americano aún así me dijo que no importa si era ciudadana americana, por haber nacido en Cuba no podía abrirme la cuenta. Ni siquiera me dio más explicación, fue extremadamente mal educado, racista y me sentí ciudadano de segunda categoría. En la sala de espera habían personas quejándose de los mismo.

I recently visited this facility because I applied for a credit card and their fraud department wanted me to go there and verify my identity. Although this is something that was inconvenient but I appreciate the fact that they insisted on it to make sure it was not fraud.As I walked in the place was somewhat empty, but there was two customers waiting to be serviced. Most of the tellers were not servicing any customers and their Premier customer advisor was also not busy as I could see. He came over and asked me why was I there, I explain to him the bank sent me over to identify myself. Before I could finish he proceed to tell me that they were only working by appointment only and that I could go to any other branch, basically the conversation was not friendly.Anyway , I decided to sit and wait, luckily another young man came over as soon as he finished with his client and asked to assist me. His persona was completely different and his name was Rauseo. He invited to his desk and helped me out.Basically had it not been for him, I was on the brink of calling the bank and say thanks but no thanks. I believe this so called Premier Advisor could have and should have done better in the way he treated me. The reality is that the whole time I was waiting, this guy on his mobile playing. The 5 star rating is only because of the young man.

HIS CONCERN ABOUT MY WELFARE AND HIS CONCERN AND CARING HEART IS WHAT GOT MY ACCOUNT OPENED AND HIS PATIENCE WAS SUCH A VIRTUE. Terrible service and attitude, I was waiting for 40 min for nothing 4 managers and 2 of them were free for 40 min playing with phone nobody didn't pay attention for customers who were waiting in the hallway never ever !!! Thanks God I didn't open an account with Wells Fargo

The two "bankers" one female and one male on an empty Tuesday morning couldn't be bothered to help us get information about how to freeze a deceased loved ones account. Told us to call their 1-800 number because the process was so "painfully long" as if I wanted to be there in the first place for such a situation. Seriously unprofessional, 10/10 would not recommend, ever.

I regret coming to this location, I reach this bank 5 mins before my scheduled appointment, and I waited over half an hour before someone even called me , I think these bankers r ver racist , I was the only black customer here , and this is unacceptable,

Please take 5 minutes and read this review, I was given an appointment for 9am Monday morning but when I arrived Samantha Quispe Calvo told me she was very sorry but my appointment was a mistake because she had another customer for 9am, I told her I totally understand but it's urgent I see a banker today because I'm doing the closing on my house and I have a lawyer and other people on standby waiting for me to do the money transfer transaction, "please help me this is unacceptable I'm going to loose my deposit", Samantha's reply was "you can try another branch because I can't do anything for you here.At this point I felt as though I was going to have a nervous brake down, "please help me, "I will wait till you're done with the customer you chose over me if I have to", again she repeated "I can't do anything for you sorry', meanwhile the customer who she chose to see before me told her she will wait if she wanted to take care of my money transfer but Samantha told her "no it's ok he can reschedule", I went to the ladies behind the glass window and explained what Samantha just did to me and the lady "Tonya" told me not to worry we have other ways to send your money so you can complete your home closing transaction, she helped me do a cashiers check and sent it to my waiting people on the other end.Tonya should be the manager at that branch and Samantha needs to be retrained because she could have helped me if she wanted to, also why didn't I get a call to advise me that my appointment was given to someone else opening up a new account "of course'.Because of Samantha not wanting or even trying to help me I will be closing my bank account with Wells Fargo and I will review this branch on all my social media accounts so that this encounter I had with Samantha Quispe Calvo does not happen to anyone else.I only gave the 3 stars because of Tonya's excellent customer service skills and Samantha's lack of professionalism and rudeness.There was no manager on duty and that's probably why Samantha treated me so poorly.I have a question for you Samantha, "Why couldn't you do what Tonya did to help me out ?"Maybe because you are just plain evil.Wells Fargo 1600 Sheridan St. Hollywood Florida 33020

7-14-22 10 AM I was referred to this location by the branch at Young Circle. Note that branch couldn't get them to answer the phone so I blindly drove over in the hopes I would be helped. Once I arrive I see three bankers at desks working with customers. I am approached by a girl in heels that are about a foot tall. Just to be told maybe we can help you next week. She ran around obviously not too fast with her footwear choice to get me an appointment. She had an I pad but it seemed foreign to her on what to do. As I wait an equally not pleasant person got up from her desk to explain her how busy they are although she had no customer nor did the other employee at this time. She said I would need the person sitting with the sole customer and perhaps he can squeeze me in between appointments. So I waited while they had four employees sitting without customers. In fact I witnessed customers going up to a window with an issue just to be sent to the website. Finally my time came that Carlos Angel could assist me. Although he looked 12 he was an officer of the bank and could handle getting my insurance check endorsed. You see if you have an insurance claim your mortgage holder has their name on the check as well. Carlos was a rock star and got the job done thus the extra star or it would have been one. Note Carlos gave me a number to call for any future claims. Yelpers do you see a pattern here? Sounds like the future has arrived and it doesn't include humans. Wells Fargo I got news for you the count down is on and in a matter of months you and I will be through!

Worst place to go if you have a business and need change. Expect to wait 30+ minutes in line just to talk to the only teller they have. Will take my business elsewhere.
