There could be no one in the drive through and it still always takes at least 10-15 minutes to make a simple deposit. Tellers are nice but this should be a quick transaction. It never is.

I highly recommend Eliana Heredia for her excellent service. She was incredibly attentive and helped me with everything I needed throughout the process. Furthermore, her ability to communicate fluently in both Spanish and English was a great help. Top-notch service!
