“I went to this branch of TD Bank do get some money orders and cashiers check, came last minute since I thought the bank closes at 6pm but actually that day will close 5pm.Victoria the teller assisted my needs and get my requests done despite of being there last minute.Very accommodating, although I felt bad coming so late- she really did a great job on assisting me still. This branch is lucky to have her. Victoria went above and beyond on assisting my needs. Very professional and onows what she was doing.”
“I usually use the ATM for most my transactions here but I can honestly say that everytime I've gone in to get help the staff from the security guard on the way in to the staff behind the glass are all very nice, friendly and quick at their job. Which is needed when lines get long.
This is a great location and again very nice people working here... So far never had an issue with them.”

“I visited this bank yesterday with my daughter to make a deposit to her account. I was so disappointed and sad on the way customers treated the employees even though the employee that was assisting those waiting in line was very courteous and attentive. More than three customers disrespected him insinuating like he didn't know what he was doing when he was just helping everyone so they don't spend more time in line. Another customer was disrespectful to the clerk at the window insinuating that the person didn't understand her and the clerk was fully bilingual. I want to thank the employees for their patience with such disrespectful customers.”

“I had a great experience at Truist bank. I was hesitant to go there based on the reviews I read. I am glad I did go. The bankers welcomed me, they attempted to assist, however I had to see a banker. I was assisted by the manager, he was professional, kind and assisted me with all of my matters. The time spent there was as expected for my transactions. I found a new bank and it’s near my home. My experience was totally different than the reviews posted. I rate my experience a 5.”
