About Chapman Partnership
Chapman Partnership is a homeless shelter that has grown significantly over the years, with the area around it developing from fields and trees into a more populated place. The shelter provides basic needs like food and a place to stay, but conditions can vary. Some guests have experienced issues like mold in the dorms, and the food quality is sometimes just average. Despite challenges, the staff are generally respectful and caring, and the environment is not trashy. Many guests stay temporarily, focusing on saving money and finding work or housing. The shelter is managed by a mostly Black staff, who work hard to support the many people seeking help. While the experience can be difficult, the shelter remains an important resource for those in need, with many willing to take the available beds and meals.

Women in the family room leave the bathroom dirty with their idiot kids, asked the staff to put soap in the bathroom but they don't listen, the staff let the quarantine people out to the playground saying they have a "pass." Pathetic. The people are nice, but only one lady is clean
