Why is zero start not an option? I cannot say enough. Do not use FedEx. I can give you the story, but I am so upset that I cannot even write it out; it is too long, too complicated, and exhausting. Other than that, I urge you to avoid using FedEx at all costs if you care about getting your packages.

Delivery service is horrible, they leave the packages wherever they want, and I never receive a package.
