“I had a pleasant visit to UPS while shipping off an important package and was able to add on some additional services that saved money in the long term. I was helped by Ketwone who was absolutely wonderful! Informative, helpful and super polite. Will definitely use this store for all my future shipping needs!”

“I recently had to visit the store to ship some returns back to Amazon. Amazon had already made the process a bit difficult, so I was not looking forward to having to do this, but a young lady named Kolby was so kind, patient, and helpful and made the process smooth and seamless! Thank you Kolby!! You made my day a whole lot easier!!”

“I highly recommended Released Solutions as your marketing partner. If you can take one of his coaching sessions, which are top notch and fairly priced. Working with Kenny and his team was an absolute pleasure. I do not believe there is a more knowledgeable person than the owner Kenneth Durrum (aka Kenny). Kenny is more than an expert he is all things marketing; however, even more impressive is that Kenny is also a data scientist, programmer. and a fabulous curator of content. Kenny also has a magnificent personality. Each session with Kenny is like a Coaching session. Kenny and his team don’t just make suggestions. They go the extra mile to help you understand why this is the best decision for your business. Working with Kenny is like working with an older brother, who care about you as a person. Released Solutions is a an amazing company.”

“Margaret (sorry if I spelled it wrong) is a life saver. We accidentally wrote the wrong address (missed 1 number) on 9 packages going to Amazon and this wonderful woman was able to assist us in locating the packages and having them forwarded to the correct address. She is a life saver! Most of these reviews on here seem to be about their drivers, but this location itself was great!”
