Very affordable! Quick check in. Great location. Room was clean and smelled good. Bathroom was clean and everything functional. Breakfast buffet until 10:00am a plus. The staff was very friendly and made sure stations were filled at all times. Definitely recommend.

Stopped in homestead to rest before heading to the keys. The Floridian did not disappoint.
Very polite and friendly staff. When I had an issue with hot water in my room I was moved without hesitation upon request.
Clean beds, Nice swimming pool, Great Price. Would stay here again no problem!
