“The physical structure of this Courtyard is nice and clean, but what really sets it apart is the staff. This is like experiencing a Ritz Carlton staff at a Courtyard. Nour Asouti was so kind and proactive. There was a storm and the hotel lost power. Unfortunately I had just been to the grocery and had to walk five flights of stairs with a lot of groceries. Housekeeping ladies were at the other end of the hall and saw me and literally RAN down the hall to help me with a flashlight and to get my groceries in. Obviously the staff has good communication because they told Nour what happened. He reached out to me to apologize and gave me points for the trouble. It wasn't anyone's fault that the power was out but they were so kind with their genuine concern. Also, my friend left an expensive medication in her fridge upon checkout and the hotel stored it for a week until she could return to get it. Every single interaction with staff would make the owners proud!!”

“Checking in is kinda confusing. But the kind lady met us and showed us to our room. Told us the history of the hotel in which we had no clue we stayed in room 202. We booked here because it was a cute unique hotel. Very clean and we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend and we will be staying there again!!”

“We have stayed here long term several times and the employees turned into family really quick. Alex at the front desk is the most amazing person and we have referred multiple friends that stayed on many occasions. It's kinda no frills as there's no pool and no continental breakfast but the rooms having basically a full kitchen you can cook breakfast, lunch and dinner in your room.”

“Love it very quiet ,comfy bed ,big nice rooms very clean for the price great breakfast great location plenty of stores in restaurants around but the staff tends to not clean the rooms properly I have a cousin who stayed the night over the weekend when they got back and it was time for them to go to bed and they said the bed had sand on it I went to spend the day with them if you're a wheelchair user call ahead and make sure that they're lift to get into the pool is properly working cuz I went and it wasn't other than that decent place the times that I have stayed I've never used the pool so I was unaware until I used it and the gates around the pool a small enough child can fit under them”

“A remarkably good hotel - we used this place as a stepping stone to the Keys. The room was clean and tidy with easy check-in.
It's in a good location for dining, Walmart as well as Gator Ally, where we went for an airboat tour through the Everglades.
Breakfast was good too - much better than expected.
Highly recommended”
