Krome Xpress is a very good gas station and super market in Homestead, located just before hitting the Keys. It is a convenient in and out station in a great location during the drive to Key West. The business offers good gas prices, much cheaper than other places after this location. It features a very nice size and convenient groceries store with a wide variety of fresh produce, meats, and groceries, including an impressive selection of local and international products like Mexican items. The store is well-organized and clean with clear signage. The staff are polite, friendly, and helpful. Some notes are that the convenience store could be better maintained and cleaner, and access to the bathroom requires requesting a key. The location has been remodeled and expanded, existing as part of the facilities and renovations along the highway.
