“When hurricane Erma was about to hit Homestead Florida there was no propane gas to be found. No one at all would help. They would even become bothered when I'd ask for help or information, except for a very pleasant gentleman from this Chevron gas station. Who at the time just happened to be a customer asking for help himself & overheard my situation. He directed me on how to find their gas station, but to hurry, and they would be more than happy to help me. When I arrived George the gentleman that helped me was absolutely awesome too. When He noticed the difficulty I had handling the large tank he even offered to assist me with it the next time it needed to be refilled. Just to pick him up and he'd loaded up into my truck. I am so grateful. My propane tank will only be filled in their station.”

“Our family orders food from this Wawa several times a week. We have tried many of the items on the menu and they do not disappoint. Today I tried the crispy chicken salad for the first time, and the taste was spectacular. The lettuce was crisp and not wilted and all the toppings tasted fresh. The only reason I am removing a star is because our daughter recently got sick from a pepperoni sandwich that she ate last week. I don't know if the proper care was taken with the cold cuts, but she got very sick. Nonetheless, we eat here often, and we have only been disappointed one time. Their dog is very loyal and just wants to protect them. It's not vicious in the slightest, and you can walk up and pet it anytime you want, even when it's barking at you because it just doesn't know who you are. Many homeless people sit in front of 7 Eleven and harass people, but guess what? It's not the ones that live in the back. I go there all the time and have never once seen either of them sitting out front or harassing anybody! They're good people down on their luck, that's it. We should be helping them out, not trying to disparage their character.”
