“Beyond an amazing experience- if I could give more stars I would. I needed a Stryker S3 bed and Stryker Isoflex matress for my mother and I couldn’t find them anywhere in North America. Many may not knows this but the S3 is like the Cadillac of hospital beds and the Isoflex matress is THE gold standard for reducing pressure sores for someone who is bed bound.

They had exactly what I needed for a really good price. Like 1/5th the price when compared to only other vendor I could find for the same used hospital bed.

Since I needed these items right away and could not wait for a shipping company I jumped in my pickup and drove down to get them myself. I had the pleasure of meeting Andy and Madeline who treated me like family. I was able to test the equipment and make sure everything was in perfect working order. They packaged it all up with such care and spent over an hour making sure everything was weatherproof and secured to my truck for my long drive home. Andy even gave me a FREE hospital grade blood pressure machine that also checks your oxygen and temperature. He switched out the arm cuff to a bariatric size and taught me how to use the machine so I was ready when I got home.

Andy told me that he repairs hospital equipment as his trade, so you can purchase from them knowing everything is in perfect
working order and if anything does go wrong he is able to order the correct parts for you right away.

They provided me with all of the paperwork I needed to take it over the border back to Canada and attached their business cards incase the border security had any questions.

They told me I could call any time if I had an issue and they made me feel so comfortable. I have let everyone know about my wonderful my experience with iMedEquip has been.
