“I like how it was fast to replace my iPhone 11 and my iPhone 13 Pro but I didn’t the fact that the person who changed the battery was trying to update my iPhone 13 Pro to iOS 18. When it’s running iOS 16. And I dont see why the person try updating my iPhone 13 Pro when it doesn’t need to be updated when the battery is replaced”

“I don’t even have a year with this company and as today I never have problems with the signal, I have service always and they said that sometimes they has lower velocity because the system are very busy but I never have problem with my service of the internet!!!! I hope they don’t change because I’m a person that I always pay a lot of money with others recognize Companies for have a good internet service and never have the offer of free or unlimited data. Well my husband and I before we change with Criket we pay around $180 monthly and only we are 2 person!!!! Well I just said that I’m very happy and make a good decision the day I change with CRIKET!!!! I recommended 100%!!!?????????”

“In this store many times I had a horrible experience, but a day I find NOELYS and she attended me and I was able to solve all my concerns in fact only she knows how to work with business accounts if I go and she is not there no one knows and I have already gone several times looking for her and she is not there it seems that she no longer works there I do not know what they are going to do now to attend to the business accounts she was very professional and friendly and I do not think she has left voluntarily because she worked happily there”

“One thing I've always loved about boost Mobile they always have a store near. Nice and clean and so well organized. Always a nice selection of phones display. The sales reps are always knowledgeable and very helpful. Found what I was looking for since my first phone my LG 5 stylus had broken. Being an old customer, I managed to get a wonderful deal on a Galaxy A13. I've been around a number of the least greats mobile phone providers. I have yet to see one that tops boost Mobile in customer service. Don't take my word see for yourself.”
“We have been long time T-Mobile customers since they were Sprint. We have always had good dealings with all the stores we have been to, but I have to say that we received OUTSTANDING service from Vanessa & Lawrent, one of the managers. He greeted customers, assisted his associates with their needs, all without skipping a beat. He took the time to explain the value of changing plans and all the benefits that would come with it. Also the deals that were available when we were looking to add equipment. I left the store with extra goodies than planned but at a great value. All in all anyone needing assistance, service or looking to become T-Mobile customers can’t go wrong visiting this location. You’ll be in excellent and patient hands. Thanks again Lawrent for the assist & Vanessa who although wasn’t there that day got the ball rolling for us the day before when I called looking for information giving me her number to remain in communication to ensure we received the best service possible.”
