Truist, a banking institution, has been adapting its services to prioritize the health and safety of its clients and employees during the current circumstances. While some branches have implemented drive-through teller services and in-person visits by appointment only, others remain open with enhanced sanitization measures. Customers have had varying experiences at Truist. Some have reported a welcoming and professional atmosphere, with a manager providing assistance and resolving their matters efficiently. Others have encountered a relatively quick and smooth service, similar to their experiences at other locations. However, the quality of service seems to depend on the timing of the visit, with one customer noting a speedy transaction despite the presence of a sleeping gecko in the branch. Overall, Truist appears to be making efforts to maintain its services while ensuring the safety of its clients and employees during the current circumstances.
Not so much in that place but the bank is a scammer and mistreats customers

They really don't have a costumer service, there are only 3 people working, the Branch leader should be fired, he is never available.

Maybe I got lucky? Went in there on Friday around 1pm, 2 tellers, 4 customers inside including a sleeping gecko below the counter.. I deposited my check within 4 minutes, took the hungry gecko and was out the door. Pretty much the same service and speed I get on the west side. I guess it's 'all about the timing'..
