“I bought a wheel online to replace one I had that was cracked in multiple spots and I called after making the order to be sure everything was in order and bryan took the time to make sure everything was in order. Turns out they didn't have the wheel I needed so he took even more time to be sure I got the next best thing so I was left empty handed wondering what I was gonna do. His customer service 10/10 his attitude 10/10 his integrity 10/10 I definitely will be getting the rest of the set for these tires in the near future”
“No words to describe, exceptional experience. Very helpful, quick attention, everyone that walked through door was asking me if I've been helped. I went specifically to have my A/C replaced as I had a bad experience some place else. They went a head and checked my AC system and found that all I needed was a correct way to service the AC. Aside for being down my self right now and not employed they saved me a very large amount of money. I wish I can rember the name of the older gentleman and the AC. I thanked them both and advised that all my cars are going to them for service. And not to mention the customer service from the young lady in the front that greets you with a smile and excellent attitude!! If I can give them a 10 I would, that buisness deserves it!!”

“Recommend this shop for your tires, brakes, and suspension needs. Orestes helped me and gave me some great recommendations on what I needed for my car. Checked my brake pads and gave me the approximate percentage of wear for front and back. Didn't try to upselll me but recommended to be ready for the rears to be changed soon. Honest dude. “My car had a knife stuck sideways on my tire. I had gone to 3 different tires shops and none of them were willing to even jack my car up and check the tire because the knife edge in the tire was too long. I called JM tire and they told me to bring my car in. Within a minute of arriving, they raised my car, removed the knife and let me know that fortunately it didn't penetrate the tube. Amazing service. Great workers.”

“I recently went to this tire shop to replace all four of my tires and get a front alignment, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The customer service was absolutely on point—everyone was professional, helpful, and welcoming. The guys who replaced my tires were very friendly and didn’t mind me standing nearby while they worked. They even guided me through the process and explained what they were doing, which I really appreciated. On top of that, the price was really, really good, making the whole experience even better. “Wife and I were headed to Key West when we heard a flapping noise under the engine. Pulled over and the lower engine cover was disconnected. Couldn’t drive there like that so we started scrambling to find a shop that would help us. Being 5:45pm, most shops were closing and no one would help us. I randomly called Gasca knowing they closed in less than 15 mins and they said to bring it in.

They had tires there and mounted the next day with the camper still on the truck. They problem solved and were reassuring and Exceptionally helpful throughout. “Great service, but there prices were higher compared to Tire-Rack, Discount Tires & Walmart. A pothole destroyed our 3 month old “run flat” tire. (FYI, Miami Dade county only gives you 1/2 the price of a tire!!!) so, we needed a new tire immediately!
We were “robbed” by the local Goodyear dealership- Mgr. “Ray”is a scammer (Washington Ave). We took our vehicle there for a similar pothole situation.(The owners are good people, but hard to contact) we found out later that the Mgr Ray charged us $83 more than other outlets in the area!!!!
So we tried our local Firestone dealership. We are very pleased with their attention to detail & efficiency!!”
