“Purchased a lawn mower from Tractor Supply, we had an issue with the mower purchased before leaving the store. The manager on duty and the store owner resolved to problem right away. Pleased with the handling of the issue.”
“They say “Ace is the helpful place” and they definitely follow through with that today for me. Had an issue with the car key being cut somewhere else. I brought it to Bruce and he was able to fix the problem without costing an arm and leg . Thank you Bruce for your service. Hard to find people nowadays that actually Care and these guys actually do.

“I give harbor free four stars because their pricing is reasonable for almost any project. They only sent back is, a majority. Other items that they sell are made for more beginner type work and not commercial or everyday use. Excluding now, saw blades and certain machines. But instead of going to these hardware stores and blowing thousands, I can do mostly anything to my vehicle or ATV or RV with everything they have on site. Great store and great braces!”

“Unlike the competition, the employees here are always helpful and friendly. There's always someone around to ask if you need help. Good prices, and friendly people make for a good combination. Of course all businesses are going to have that one employee or employees that are not very friendly, but for the most part everyone seems to enjoy their job here.”

“Not really a problem, more of a suggestion... If I pull up on Google maps, I get the standard info, location, address, phone number, hours of operation, etc ... HOWEVER... It says they open at 7am. U HAUL doesn't open till 8am. Why not include that on the main page? Instead of an hour differance?”
“Very well organized. Found what we needed quickly thanks to the great customer service offered. Stock was neat and things were where they were supposed to. We had to wait a little in the wood area but it wasnt that much and once the representative came it was easy to get what we needed and go ok with our project. Will definitely come back when needing things for the house projects.”
