“I came in needing help packing something important and the gentleman there was extremely helpful. He cared for my package diligently and I couldn’t have been happier with his work. I didn’t catch his name, but it was a gentleman with glasses working the morning of 5/19/26.”

“Great folks here! So helpful. I travel a LOT for work. They're willing to hold my packages for months, until I return AND they send my mail to wherever I happen to land. Couldn't be more pleased. Thanks!”

“As a customer who witnessed this interaction firsthand, I feel the previous review does not accurately reflect what occurred. I was present during this interaction as I was checking my mailbox and at no time was the manager or staff at fault. The customer became upset only after being informed of the $2.00 service fee for what appeared to be an oversized package. At that point, he began using inappropriate language and making threats toward the staff. The manager and staff remained calm, respectful, and professional throughout the entire exchange. Before leaving, the customer stated that he would be posting a negative review, and the manager simply provided his name when requested. Based on what I witnessed, the staff handled a difficult situation with patience and professionalism. I believe it's important for others to know that this review does not reflect the full story.”

“The two gentlemen inside the office were awesome helping me return a pre-printed label that nobody else from FedEx wanted to accept they actually printed the label out on their own printer attached it to my box and sent it off to where it needed to go. Five stars for these guys. I know where I’ll be shipping my packages from from now on.”
