Greatly improved service since remodeled. I have never waited, more than a minute, to get service. I've been a Wells Fargo client since 2014. They are full Service Banking.

11:15 am. 7 people in line 1...1 teller!! The other girl took 10 minutes to get her computer ready!! I stood in line for 25 minutes!! Then no one said sorry for the delay. Simple withdrawal!! Ridiculous!! 😡

Awesome experience with Billy the manager at this branch.
He was able to help me on a Saturday before they closed, and he even took the time to explain everything without rushing.
They are extremely professional, friendly, and kind.
