“10-20-2023, I was at this particular facility, waiting patiently to see a bank representative for some professional advice to one of my personal banking accounts there. Unfortunately they were all busy with other customers, and I did not have an appointment. So I was just hoping that someone there would get freed up, and could speak with me before the 5pm. closing time. So I sat there waiting patiently over an hour+, and it was getting towards their closing time. When one of the tellers took a moment to come from behind the customer service counter, and ask if there may be something she could possibly help me with? I explained to her my plight. And she asked me to come up to the counter, and she would do her best to try and help me. Needless to say, she was able to not only help me with my personal banking issue. But she did it with a great smile and attitude! I think she could sense that I was pretty much ready to hear more dissapointing news that she couldn't help with my banking issue. And that I would need make a appointment next week to see a specific bank representative. But she was able to handle this issue pretty easily. So a "SUPER HUGE" shout out goes to no other then Dana there at W/F Hudson branch! We hope that your branch manager is able to read this. And knows that you are without a doubt a HUGE asset to the Wells Fargo Financial Institution. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
