“Norman was fantastic! Nicest man. Quickly took care of my vehicle and we had the nicest conversation as well. We live in Navarre but happened to be in FWB for the morning and truly, because of Norman, I will return to FWB next time. The Navarre store is great too, but such a positive interaction here it will be worth the drive.”

“I had an outstanding experience with Holmes Auto! I originally brought my car in for an oil leak that started right after a visit to one of those quick oil-change places. Not wanting to deal with them again, I chose Holmes on a friend’s recommendation and I’m so glad I did. They quickly determined the oil filter had been improperly installed, but when the leak persisted after I got home, I gave them a call. Without hesitation, they sent a tow truck to pick up my vehicle. It turned out the real issue (or additional issue) was a cracked oil pan. Holmes immediately owned it, corrected the problem, and even covered the full cost, telling me they should have caught it the first time. That level of honesty, accountability, and commitment to customer satisfaction is almost unheard of these days. From Cami and Melissa at the front desk to Mike, every single person I dealt with was professional, kind, and genuinely cared about making things right. Huge thanks to you all...you’ve earned a loyal customer!”
208 Racetrack Rd NE, Fort Walton Beach FL 32547
“Very kind and caring people! They are easy to work with and made sure my issue was taken care of! I am a busy single mom with enough stress on my plate and left the shop today with a huge weight lifted from my shoulders, my car working, and happiness in my heart. I fully recommend anyone to use this shop when something is up with your car.”

“This is absolutely not a place you hope you ever have to use. BUT if you are in need of a collision center, I highly recommend checking with the team here. I was incredibly impressed with the consistent communication regarding my vehicle. I knew every step that was happening and prepped on the next step. My bumper and panels look amazing. Thank you guys for the great work!”

“Top Gun Muffler in Fort Walton Beach is outstanding. I’ve used them multiple times over the years, and they have consistently done the job right while saving me a ton of money. They’re honest, skilled, and extremely knowledgeable, especially when it comes to more complex exhaust and muffler work that requires specialized tools and expertise. What also says a lot is that other shops often recommend them for the tougher jobs, and that speaks volumes about the reputation they’ve built. It’s hard to find a place that combines fair pricing, real experience, and quality workmanship the way they do. Highly recommend Top Gun Muffler to anyone looking for reliable, professional work done right the first time.”

“On a rainy Saturday I had a tire blow out. Went everywhere noon had my size. Came here and I needed a tire. They didn't have my size but a similar size. Being a single mother with little cash I took the tire and it was used but looked new. I needed a 205 but they had a 215. I would recommend this tire place to anyone. Very friendly people. Very reasonable. I will definitely be back to replace my other 3. I would give 1000 stars.”

“I want to express my gratitude to Branden at Majic Mufflers. It was almost 2 hours after closing time, and I stepped inside the establishment to be greeted by him. He told me they were closed, but he still showed compassion and kindness by checking out the issue with my vehicle. My vehicle, 2003 Monte Carlo SS needed a brand new power steering pump, which is absolutely no easy task. Even with that, Branden worked almost 2 hours+ to purchase, replace, and install the part, successfully!! His professionalism, dedication, and commitment is truly remarkable. I am extremely grateful for him and I hope he knows how great of an impact his service has made on my vehicle and my own personal safety. Auto hobbies in the area, take notes. This is a top professional that your teammates should replicate. Branden, thank you!”

“I was riding by and I was hauling a tractor on a double axle trailer and got some screws in my tires and they both popped I pulled in across the street and this guy came out and I asked to park my trailer so I could go figure out how to get the tires off and changed him and his guys came out and jacked up my trailer took the tires off threw them in the back of my truck for me and show me where I could go get new tires and I was back on the road in 1 hour I usually use somebody in Pensacola to change my oil but now I will use these guys. You don't find people like that these days and when you do you should use them very often great bunch of guys at work there! Top notch human beings!!”

“I just want to share my experience with tire Kingdom and they're wonderful employees. I went there because I was having a alignment problem they quickly put the car in the air and before they got too deep into anything they checked all of my tires balance. Found out that I had a couple of very bad unbalanced tires and my alignment was off. Within an hour or so they had the alignment done tires put back on everything perfectly aligned. And their prices are for sure the best prices I've seen in the city as far as doing the alignment work. I want to say thank you to the staff that helped me and provided me with the extra knowledge I needed to know about my car and how to fix it and keep it perfectly aligned. The whole staff there commitment to the job and service skills were impeccable thank you all so much.”

“Mike and Karla are the most helpful and honest people around town would recommend to anyone and everyone. Karla breaks down the pricing in the most down to earth way and is extremely helpful laying out the exact price of labor and parts. Mike can tell you exactly what wrong with your car without making you feel dumb. Not to mention the price is great!”

“Received a nail in my tire on the way to FWB. I called Tires Plus close to where I was staying. They found the tires for my vehicle, scheduled me for the next day early and had two tires changed in 1 hour for less than the dealership charges for one including labor. The staff are friendly and congenial. This is really a great spot. Highly recommend!”

“Everyone is very friendly. Wally was very patient and helpful with test drives by providing details about the Blazers. Steve assisted with the finance/purchase and was very easy to talk to with, understanding all of the options. Plus, I was very pleased with what I was offered for my trade-in. And it's always great to see Kim ? Thank you, Preston Hood, for making our experiences with you so wonderful ❤️”
