“Re:Jordan and Ron Tom Thumb Shalimar
So I go into the store today and the cashier‘s name is Ron and he’s super friendly super personable patient great guy right off the bat then I go to pay for my purchase and he says hey do you wanna put in your rewards number and I said yes, did you guys are all pretty intense about this rewards number and he says well they’re you know great benefits. I you know support it and I wanna share it with you guys and plus we get you know a chance to win a bonus for whoever gets the most rewards numbers entered so first of all I love that he’s promoting the product of the rewards that’s awesome. Second of all the fact that the company was taking time to reward those who do you promote this? Well then I’m telling him this and he says well actually it’s just my local store. It’s my boss and I said well that’s amazing and he said well. My boss is amazing like he’s just anything that he gets and reward any bonus you know he shares with us because he said he couldn’t have it without us and I was so impressed and so speechless. Actually, I am just because I wish every place around like that because then every place would run like the Tom Thumb does and when you walk in there would be a Ron at every counter so his boss wasn’t there at the time but I said I’m definitely doing a Google review on you guys and what’s your bosses name which is why I learned that Jordan was his boss, but I am overall amazing experience. I wasn’t having a good or bad day to find, but after I left there, I was in a great mood and ready to tackle the day so thank you Ron thank you Jordan and this is the store. I will always go to even if I have to go a little bit out of my way to get there”
“Well, if you need more than gas, this is a great place to go. You can get fried chicken. All kind of roller food plus they have Slush Puppy and Slurpee. And that's something you don't see hardly anywhere. Plus the normal snacks and things. You would need at a gas station.”

“This is a very old store it’s been here my whole life but this store is very clean and relaxed , organized and the owner has excellent customer service skills. But his Kitty cat guards the door and he’s super friendly. I’m so happy they bought it and made it inviting and they carry a large tobacco and vape selection. And lots swag to go with your goodies. Great addition to the neighborhood”

“Pretty average gas station. I usually don't review gas stations but this one is right up the street from me. Store is decently clean. Items are pretty stocked up. Everything is good except for the staff. The female manager (Jennifer) seems to be a little short with me whenever I asked her a question but I didn't take it to heart. Customer service is very big when you work with tons of people everyday. Hopefully it gets better since I live very close to this store. Will update soon if I notice changes. Overall good gas station.”
“Visiting from out of town and realized that I must not have packed critical medication. I only needed a couple of days worth, but wasn't due for a refill because I'd just had it filled. The pharmacist was incredibly accommodating and sweet. I would highly recommend this CVS if you live in the area or if you're just visiting.”
“Avery at Walgreens was absolutely amazing. They were incredibly helpful, patient, and kind throughout the entire experience. You can tell Avery genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in their work. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly and made the visit feel easy and stress-free. “This chain never disappoints. Their store is always clean. The bathrooms always are pretty clean. They’re very good at keeping things stopped. They have a good selection of fresh baked goods and a great coffee bar. They have good slushy’s and a good soda selection. The pricing on the drinks is reasonable. I mean you can get for like $1.29. You can get the largest drink and it comes in a Styrofoam cup that will last a good solid 12 hours like it gives yeti cups a run for its money. The workers in the store are very courteous and the parking lot is actually very clean and feels very safe.”

“So I have had to contact the state board of ethics and cause investigations to be initiated that resulted in pharmacists AND managers being separated for cause...(that means "fired")...
BUT NOT HERE!
These pharmacists and techs actually TRY TO HELP... and they succeed.
The CVS itself is fairly standard, but the reason you go is they have drugs you need.
In that respect I highly recommend them.”
“I stopped by while traveling in the area for work. The staff was nice and store was pretty clean. I ordered the 2pc meal( white meat) came with two large wedges and a drink. I also got an apple pie. The entire meal was about $11.00 which isn't bad. The chicken was good for the most part, can't say it's the best in the area cause I haven't eaten all the chicken. But definitely worth the price”
“Filled my rental on the way to the airport to fly back home, and left my card in the reader. I called a wk later after realizing I’d left it, and they’d already had it locked in a safe. The clerk had such a cheerful personality. We appreciate her help in getting it back to us. They would have destroyed it for us on our behalf, but it was a metal card, so went out of their way to mail it back.”
“One of the few places I am able to get a specific allergy medicine (OTC). Great staff here who are always helpful. Plus I am always impressed, mystified, puzzled, with all of the different kinds of items that are available in a "pharmacy-drug store". They have everything from sunscreens to make up to beer & wine to snacks to prescription meds to toys. Downside: if it's made in China you'll probably find it here. Regardless, it's solid place for needed prescriptions and necessities, especially if you're in a hurry... Great hours and close to Home Depot (a regular stop for me).”
“Coke here all the time when out and about in the area and need something simple. Gets pretty busy during tourist season, but it’s clean and well stocked. Always be careful entering and exiting here as the customers can kind of be rude and cut you off or take a hard turn to try and get in. The staff is great and the area is right in the beginning of the tourist area of Fort Walton. Pretty good place.”

It's just annoying when if you're not associated with them then you got to pay the full price set but the staff is always great and that's just a generalized opinion”

“I stopped here the first time because their prices were the best nearby. I don’t normally go inside but had to this time.Being across from the school, the entrance was busy with kids hanging out front but they were monitored and run off. The employees inside were very nice and helpful.The second time I returned, there were no kids but the employees (different ones) were just as nice and helpful when a reward coupon didn’t work.TL;DR- Very nice and helpful employees, there may or may not be kids hanging outside.”

“Store is nice and great customer service. Today, i was in the store and it was very busy. I watch a Major walkout the store without paying $35 using the self checkout. ?
I told the young associate and he ran after him. The Major returned, an as expected played dumb, but acknowledgeed it was his charge, so he paid. Great store, but it needs better security or a good camera system that would decrease stealing attempts.”
