“13+ year member, many paid for perfect loans. customer service is worse and worse. Calling in or going in will get you nothing. If you are lucky enough to speak to someone the answer is always the same.. We cant help. Once again I am disappointed.

Not sure what issues most of you have had but maybe change your attitude towards them and you could possibly get a better response. In all the years I've banked with them and at this particular bank, ive never had any issues. Don't show up there to handle your business within their closing time, its small branch as most of yall can see but you people expect giant branch outcomes. So who's really the problem here??♂️. Don't like this branch, go to another. There plenty to go to with all your whining and complaining. You know its small so why would you expect so much. Learn to lower your expectations on some things and find another branch to go to.”
