“This Amscot location is really great. Very friendly people and the service is quick and fast once you get going. There are a lot of options for things in here... money orders, bill pay, all kinds of stuff. Ryan helped me today and he told me even more stuff about my account that I wasn't told before. “I had two extremely heavy boxes ( Amazon returns) and the ups employee saw me grabbing one out of my truck… struggling and he grabbed it and then grabbed the other. That was stellar and much appreciated and needed customer service. The store is in Palm Bay Florida off of Palm Bay rd and Babcock.”

“I ordered a first Christmas tree ornament last November. It never arrived. Today, Feb 28th, I received an email from the West Melbourne Post Office to let me know my package with the ornament was there (it had been shipped to my old address in West Melbourne), they would hold it until Saturday before it would be discarded. I rushed to pick it up and, although I was told that they don't typically email about undeliverable mail, I had the email from Chantel, who told me they would typically dispose of undeliverable mail, but she opened it and saw it was a baby's first Christmas ornament with engraving. She found my email address on the receipt and emailed me. How unbelievably kind and I can't thank her enough for going out of her way to help!”
