“Relaxed, helpful, professional replacement of the windshield of a new car. A crack had developed on the edge of the windshield, which seemed to me to be a defect. Covered by insurance but still an inconvenience, with authorization, ordering replacement, scheduling. Pineapple Auto Glass was most helpful; they minimized the inconvenience. Replacement started with careful inspection of the crack, which showed it to be road damage. After replacement of the windshield and adjustment of through-the-windshield camera...now (a few days later)...all seems perfect.”

“I made a call to safe lite and the customer service/sales agent was rude and didn't have any idea how to be polite to a customer and understand business 101, The Customer is alright right and or needs to be attended to. After scheduling an appointment, they dropped the ball by not making it to the appointment making me wast more than half of my dat waiting on the windshield install to be done. I highly recommend to NOT use Safe Lite for anything at all. Use someone else that will do the job correctly and when making an appointment with a customer making sure that appointment is met and or at least call to inform the customer knowing they may have other things to attend to. Text, Email, Call. lots of ways to do so.”
