“Drove down for vacation with my 9 year old daughter to enjoy the gulf coast while it’s not too overcrowded unfortunately a rock flew up and hit our windshield. The crack grew significantly with the cooler evenings and warmer days… when I saw what once was a barely visible crack in the windshield it had not w spidered and was obstructing my view and there was no way I could drive back to Georgia safely without having this fixed while in town. I found A1 Glassworks and was blown away by the expertise, and hospitality I was given from the technician who took my call. I wasn’t routed to a call center over seas I was connected directly to a person who felt empathy, understanding, and knowledge about my specific issue. Fortunately they were able to fix my windshield THAT same day. It didn’t take long at all and I had tons of options, I could’ve come to them but instead they came to me. Just like the person I spoke with on this phone this guy (Kevin) was extre Kind, caring, and had the best customer service skills I’ve ever been shown by a company. Price was fair, time was precise, and while driving home it rained almost the entire time. No t a single leak. I was also told that it comes with a warranty. 10/10 totally recommend!!”
