About Seaside Seabird Sanctuary

The Seaside Seabird Sanctuary is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and release of sick and injured wild birds, public education, conservation, and research. The Sanctuary's 1.5-acre property houses a full service avian hospital, outdoor rehabilitation areas, and over 100 permanently injured resident birds on display - ranging from songbirds to seabirds to raptors. Visitors are welcomed to this clean and well-kept sanctuary, where they can enjoy a harmonious cacophony of bird songs, learn about rare birds, and even access the nearby beach. The sanctuary is free to visit, with free parking available, and visitors are encouraged to make a donation to support the sanctuary's important work. The staff is knowledgeable and passionate about the birds, and the sanctuary is known for its excellent care of injured wildlife from the surrounding area.
