Care about the animals in their care. Keep a clean facility and offer very affordable services as well as many things for free for pets(food, beds, leashes, etc)

We found a dog wandering in our neighborhood that appeared to be partially blind and deaf. They immediately checked for a chip and the pup was reunited the next day with his family. Even though we arrived about 10 minutes before they closed they stayed late to get this pups information to get him back home.
