I tried shopping 15 in another location and was given an attitude. So I’ve decided when in the area this is my go to place to drop off mail and send out packages.Thank you for giving such great services”

“Only four stars because it took me three days to get someone to answer the phone. Today Diana answered and was very helpful. I accidentally put the street address on a package that was one digit off and of course it didn’t get where it was supposed to go even though the tracking said it was delivered to a mailbox. Evidently there was no such street address. My question to Diana was where would it go from there. She took my name and phone number and said someone would investigate and call me back. Very shortly after Gary called me and they found the package and it was with the carrier with an accurate street number and would be delivered in about 10 mins. I called the recipient with the information and as we were speaking it was delivered. Kudos to Diana and Gary for a thorough job.Note: I was dealing with this from California and sincerely appreciate their timeliness.”

Even though there was a line, she noticed I needed help and kindly picked me out to assist right away. Lucy didn’t just process my return she walked me through the entire process with patience, professionalism, and a genuine smile. She made what could have been a stressful errand quick and easy. Employees like Lucy make all the difference. She was amazing and truly deserves recognition, a raise, and a promotion!”

“This is without a doubt the best post office I have been to since I have been in Florida. Denise and Randall are very kind and helpful. All you have to do is check the hours of this location and not throw packages at the employees and you will have a great experiance!”
