“My package had accidentally gotten delivered to the wrong place and I went up to the post office to see what they could do and within not even 2 hours my package was delivered to my house !! The staff went above and beyond and I can’t thank them enough :) Wonderful service and workers !!”

When I came in with a small mailing box for my tablet, she quickly explained that because it contains a lithium-ion battery, it could not be sent using Priority Mail. She took the time to organize the shipment properly and helped make sure it went out via USPS Ground Advantage instead.

“There are four post offices almost equidistant from me. But whenever I need to speak to someone, get answers to a mailing question, this is the post office I go to. Though, you should go somewhere else so I don’t have to wait in line behind your dumb butt with your dumb questions.”

“I had an issue with a delivery person, that misdirected my Package on Saturday 04/26.
On Monday 04/28, I went in to the Post Office on locating the Package. I’m Sorry I didn’t get Names. But the Customer Service Rep, and the Manager both went out of their way to assist me. And I received my package Today.

“This particular post office is a little hard to find as it is in a small building on a side street just off of West Colonial Drive in the Pine Hills section of Orlando, Florida.The parking lot is not large by any means, but again, this is small post office.Ultimately, this post office served its purpose and I was able to get some mail out.Overall, I will give it four stars”

Best of all, there was zero to no wait time, allowing me to get in and out quickly. The staff was extremely helpful and efficient, making the whole process seamless. Highly recommend this branch for anyone looking for fast, friendly service!”

I've been to this location three times and dealt with three different clerks, all of whom were disrespectful and miserable, giving me the runaround just to get my lock fixed. Even Regina, the postmaster, was disrespectful and rude when I asked her for help. You guys deserve a raise for your excellent customer service and for caring about my situation.”

“While there is usually a wait, the people who work here are always very friendly and efficient. The issue is not their level of service, but that they are severely understaffed. I am grateful for how quick I get my packages shipped once I reach the counter. There are usually only 2 people working at a time which can cause a long line and I assume many people waiting often are not fully prepared which takes a while. Still I do not mind waiting at all since USPS is the cheapest and fastest (imo) option for shipping. I have sometimes seen people be very rude to the employees and that is so unwarranted because they are always nothing but kind and patient with me. I believe we should support our national postal service and not take it for granted.”

“When I had a package mix-up that required pickup, both the gentleman on the phone, Mike, and the woman who helped me around 9AM at the window, were super courteous and competent, and managed to get my parcels to me quickly, and took steps to make sure any future mixups are avoided. Five stars, treat them well!”
