“This is the best post office i've ever been to. I've visited at least 3 times so far and every time I leave amazed at how frieny, professional, and efficient the clerks are. When I went in yesterday afternoon, there was a lady behind the counter that greeted every person that stepped up to her window with a smile and by calling them "sweetheart." The gentleman that helped me was the same person who always happens to help me when I go to pick up a missed package, and he was very nice as well and made the whole pickup process so quick and easy for me. I loved seeing the smiles on their faces, which is not something you can usually say about post office workers. I wish every post office was like this!”

“I want to give a 5 star to ARTURO PEREZ he is one of the clerks from the tradeport usps office. And he is an example of someone that CARES & understands what it is customer service !!From the last 3 weeks I have been trying to get my package that it was ready for pickup at this location SINCE December 15, and I went to the office several times and NO ONE WAS ABLE TO HELP OR TOOK THE TIME TO DO A LITTLE MORE. TWO DIFFERENT SUPERVISORS ONE TOLD ME THAT I WAS GOING TO GET A CALL AND NEVER HAPPEN AND THE OTHER ONE DIDN'T FOLLOW UP AND THE VOICE-MAIL WAS FULL.BUT TODAY MR ARTURO PEREZ DID WHAT MAKES A DIFFERENCE, BECAUSE HE TOOK THE TIME TO HELP AND WAS ABLE TO FIND THE PACKAGE THAT WAS SEATING THERE AND NO SUPERVISOR DID WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TOTHANK YOU TO MR ARTURO PEREZ. FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE!!”

“This is the first time I’ve ever written a Google review. This post office deserves it! They are SO NICE! You can tell the employees care about you and they seem like a family there. Our mail wasn’t getting delivered since we just moved and the previous tenant had “all mail forwarded”. All it took was visiting this office in-person for less than 5 minutes and the wonderful ladies at the front took care of us and even called our postman to go back to our house and deliver a package that had been forwarded. Thank you, staff at College Park USPS!”

“This particular post office is a little hard to find as it is in a small building on a side street just off of West Colonial Drive in the Pine Hills section of Orlando, Florida.The parking lot is not large by any means, but again, this is small post office.Ultimately, this post office served its purpose and I was able to get some mail out.Overall, I will give it four stars”

“The service is average for a post office, but how many post offices in the Orlando area has so much history and culture showing? The place is well kept up as for an old building. Just be weary that if you want one of these old P.O. Boxes that times to access is limited. That isn’t a concern for me, hence they still get a 5 star from me.”

“Katina is an angel on earth! after my apartment was mistakenly marked vacant I had a very important package "sent back to sender". I am in school and in clinicals at the hospital from 5 am to 5 pm so theres no way I can get to the post office to stop it myself the same day. She told me she would search in the office and see if it was still there. She called me back and she FOUND IT! She needs a raise!!!!”

Someone by the name of Chris answered the phone and he was able to find my package that was about to be sent BACK to China due to the sellers error. He told me he was going to send it to the downtown Orlando post office. Will update if it is at the post office later but he was very kind! Appreciate you Chris”

“I don’t come here often but my last 2 visits were. A few days ago and about a year ago. Last year I was shipping off a box and the woman noticed that I used scotch tape. I was quick to bring up UPS and that started a friendly banter with the ladies at the counter. Then she was happy to tape it up for me. I left laughing with the ladies. Recently I went and the man from the passport side was taking in customers. It was quick and easy and I had a few questions that he answered. I had a very pleasant experience and I can’t think of anything bad to say so far.”

Friendly staff2024It's been 8 years since we moved to this area and started going to this post office.Of course, there are queues here, especially when before the holidays everyone needs to send packages and gifts at once. If three operators are working at once, then things go quickly. The postal manager just needs to make sure there isn’t a long queue. Install a television camera or borrow experience from the ALDI store. And you will succeed.After all, the staff is qualified and friendly, it is always a pleasure to deal with them.Thank you!”

“Please note: this is not a retail location. It is a distribution center that houses oversized and specialized packages. They will gladly accept mail already having the correct postage. When you have a signature required package/letter and are not home when your postal worked delivers, this is where the mail goes. The staff is friendly enough, and courteous every time I come by. Another thing to note, if you got your notice the same day you come to pick up, you're parcel will still probably be on the mail truck. Wait a day.”

“I can’t speak for the one star experiences that came before this review, but I can say I was treated with the upmost respect when I came here with an issue.My package was scheduled for redelivery and they missed the date, so unfortunately in good faith I cannot give 5 stars. But when I came to the post office to see where I needed to be for a perfect handoff of my package (I live in an apartment complex so it can be confusing), they simply told me they had the package and they handed it directly to me (the issue for them was that it was too heavy to deliver upstairs which I can understand). The gentleman was very kind and friendly.I still may not try to have packages delivered to me because of the low reviews and the off chance this post office will need to be the ones handling my package, but I know they’re not as bad as the reviews make them out to be. I didn’t experience any gaslighting, theft, or rudeness like others have experienced. Not to say that it still isn’t happening but I’m left with a good taste in my mouth after this experience. Thank you!”
