About 7-Eleven
7-Eleven is a local hub offering custom-made coffee, a broad selection of fresh products, and fast, convenient hot foods like favorite tacos. Customer service experiences vary widely. Some employees receive high praise for being amazing, kind, generous, polite, and helpful, keeping their cool even when slammed busy. These acts, such as going far above and beyond for strangers, contribute to five-star reviews. However, other experiences cite horrible customer service, including arguments and refusal of service. While some locations are greeted with friendliness and efficiently manage lines, technical issues are noted, such as super slow machines and app features like gas savings not being supported at every store. Management has been noted to fix problems when addressed.

Christine really saved the day for me!!! My tire was flat and the air pump is broken and she used her personal air pump to air my tire. Honestly she made my whole day better! She is so sweet and kind! Turned my whole day around!
