    “I received excellent customer service today from Melissa. I had a face cleanser that was outside of the return policy. I had the receipt and she was kind enough to give me a store credit. It was a very nice Korean cleanser however it burned my eyes and I couldn't rinse it out of my washcloths so I couldn't wipe my eyes after I used it on my face.”

    “Rave!!!! Bealls Winter Garden. Dave, the manager from the store was absolutely amazing. From start to finish he helped me with a purchase that was really hard to carry out on my own. The staff and associates made this transaction very easy. helped me put it in the car as I’m a young girl, and it was hard for me to carry on my own. Dave went above and beyond to ensure that I got my product into my car in the most safe and efficient way possible. There was a rude “mall cop” that came around and was very rude to him and myself. It was a very heavy item, and I didn’t appreciate the disrespect.”

    “I have to say, I had the best Thanksgiving pre-shopping experience at our Inverness Walmart yesterday. I am expecting to host 19 tomorrow so I had a big shop. I was so happy when I got my overflowing cart to the front there was a cashier named Russell available with nobody ahead of me! He got a second cart so we could fit them as we bagged everything, and was so cheery, patiently working through my pile. Then another superstar, Angel, came and helped me push the second cart to my car so I could get all these in 1 trip. Both so pleasant and helpful, I am grateful they made this a easy as can be. Thank you Walmart for hiring these 2 great team members, and thank you Russell and Angel, I appreciate what you do. #Walmart #Inverness #customerservice”
