2649 E Gulf to Lake Hwy, InvernessEDIT: I stopped in a few weeks after this review and they have restocked the fish aquarium all cleaned up with fresh bright green plants and fish. A young dark haired girl quickly helped me by asking if I needed anything and she was quick to grab and bag a nice full log of Monte Carlo plant for me! The girl was wearing her name tag but I forgot her name.
Walked by the aquarium for about 30 minutes and was ignored by staff. Wanted to get aquarium plants but after waiting 30 minutes and looking at the aquarium alot of fish are dead and most of the plants are melted so I decided I'll stick to online sellers. As I was walking up to pay for the sand and gravel I got one girl was checking out people and one pastey looking young man with black hair and glasses was nose deep in his phone ignoring the whole store when he should have been trying to help me get plants or help someone else.

I had previous taken him to another groomer and they did something to him that has now caused an issue with him allowing me to trim his nails or touch/mess with his toes. The people at Ms. Glenda’s held my boy and got the job done!!! He will now be going to this shop for all his grooming needs!!!! Everyone was kind and caring - definitely recommend!!! 4599 S Florida Ave, InvernessI can not say enough amazing things about this clinic. Despite minor hiccups, I have never seen such professionalism and empathy from a provider in any medical field. My lab went in for surgery and they sent me regular updates during the whole thing including photos. It made me feel so much more at ease at how much they not only cared about my baby but about me. Words can not express my gratitude to Dr.ToTo who I truly believe was put on this planet to be the guardian of animals. Her amazing works means I will fly my dogs from out of state to have her be their vet because of how well she has tested us. Truly one in a million. The level of communication is unmatched by any other professional in both the medical and veterinary field I have met in my 37yrs of life. There is no one else I would trust with my babies at this point. She is calm under pressure and understanding in the face of adversity. If there’s an award for veterinarian and vet team of the year, these amazing people deserve it. 10,000/10. I found a real life unicorn ?

Brenda saw him for the first time today and was successful. We cannot believe how great he looks she did an amazing job! She is worth much more than she is charging.
I can tell that Brenda has wisdom and knowledge of animal behaviors and is passionate about what she does. I am so thankful to have found her!

I will definitely be back. 😋 This is a small quaint place, maybe 6, 4 person tables..and 3, 2 person tables. Best to eat early in the week, to find parking, cuz this is in the old downtown part of Inverness.😀

The cannoli was delicious and definitely the highlight of the meal. Unfortunately, the coconut pie was not very good.
I ordered the salmon, but I was disappointed. It was very salty, and the texture and color were different from the salmon I’m used to eating. The sauce was also quite salty and overpowered the fish.
My husband ordered the Country Fried Steak. The flavor was actually good, but the steak was breaded and fried and seemed quite greasy.
Overall, the food was okay, but some dishes
were much better than others. The cannoli was definitely our favorite part of the meal.

The Cove Resort and Pub
1242 S Cove Camp Point, InvernessWe had a great stay at The Cove Campground in Inverness. The property was clean, well maintained, quiet, and with only 10 campsites it had a much more relaxed feel than a typical crowded campground.
The pups were welcome, there was plenty nearby to explore, and having a pub right next door was a pretty nice bonus for a late-night drink with my wife. 🍻
Inverness itself has a lot to offer, and Rainbow Springs is only about 30–40 minutes away. It made for a perfect home base for a long family weekend. We’d definitely stay here again.

107 Courthouse Square, InvernessWe love Salty Dogs in downtown Inverness. It’s our favorite eatery in which to dine, knowing we will get excellent food and service every time. Everything is made in house and nothing is fried. From their salads to entrees, it all comes out in a timely manner with a smile. Jessica has waited on us a number of times, and she is always friendly and accommodating. All of the waitstaff are completely capable. The beer selection is diverse with plenty of time to enjoy the barley pop before our meal arrives. My only critique is that it is generally very loud inside. We’ve asked that the music be turned down a skosh but have been told that the management will not allow it. Easily solved by sitting outside in the cooler months. All in all, highly recommend.
