Courtney at Inverness Florida store was wonderful. He set up my new mobile phone. He was patient and very kind. Day before I was there and lady said she couldn't help me. Courtney deserves a lot of respect and credit

I want to give positive recommendations to Courtney. Sales person in Inverness. He was marvelous. The lady day before said she couldn't help me set up new mobile phone. Courtney set everything up for me and was polite and patient. He definitely deserves credit.

If I could leave a zero I would.. absolutely the WORST company to deal with..Outages for hours , poor service.. but I'm sure they will collect their money if need be...
